They were able to choose ham, cheese or both which was a very popular option for some. The children used a knife to spread the butter and cut their sandwiches into different shapes and then wrapped them ready to go to the woods.
Once they got to the woods the children enjoyed their sandwich snack, played in the hammock, used the logs as stepping stones and used charcoal to make marks. They even found some great creepy crawlies under the big logs and made a den!
