They had an amazing time exploring the centre’s exhibitions. They learned about sound, gravity, viscosity, forces, sign language, marine animals and so much more!
Then, the children went downstairs and were amazed by the spaceship interior build below! There was so much to learn, do and play with, which all helped to consolidate their learning about space.
After a yummy packed lunch, it was time for the planetarium show. It was truly spectacular Year 3 loved pointing out the different constellations and learning even more facts about the solar system!
Finally, it was time for our workshop. We learned all about light, how light travels, conducts heat, reflects and refracts.
