The children explored the zoo, they saw so many animals – flamingos, monkeys, ant eaters, camels, red pandas, owls, penguins and so many more! There were also lots of dinosaurs, and the children were very brave. Then it was time for a delicious packed lunch to recharge for the afternoon!
After lunch the children had the chance to meet and stroke some small animals, including Jimmy and Jerry the Gerbils, Henti the milk snake, Mario the chinchilla and Lizzy the Lizard!
In the afternoon it was time for a ride on the famous Safari train, the flying cheetah ride and the carousel!
