The Galactic Challenge is an engineering industry simulation competition. Our team of Year 7 & 8 pupils became part of an aerospace ‘company’ and competed against other teams (as well as the clock!) to design a space settlement in just a few hours.
Although they missed out on the winning prize they worked collaboratively to produce a fantastic, final presentation of their project for the panel of experts. Vincent, Knox and Thomas all lead mini teams within the Solaris mission to build a moon base.
