What Lies Beneath

Of course, we're super proud of our Pennthorpe pupils, but also our Pennthorpe parents. This week we're celebrating Peter Faulding, Pennthorpe Dad, who has launched his first book capturing stories of his life as a forensic search and rescue expert.

Parental Guidance – Peter’s book is his true life story as an investigator into unusual deaths, which as such includes disturbing content that is unsuitable for children.

On Thursday evening, a group of excited Pennthorpe parents joined Peter’s book launch, to show their support and celebrate his accomplishment. It was such a memorable event, where Peter gave the audience a glimpse in to his writing, and a taste for what the book is about. To say his book sounds ‘interesting’ is somewhat of an understatement!

Published by Pan Macmillan, and serialised in the Daily Mail, Peter’s first book is already creating quite a storm.
