Timings
The evening begins with a sparkling drinks reception at 19:00 and ends at 00:30.
Drinks orders
We are taking pre-orders for wine and fizz please use the link here to order your drinks so it is available for you when you arrive on the night. Please place all pre-orders no later than Wednesday 15th March. There will also be a bar on the night where you can purchase, wine, fizz, beer, G&T and soft drinks.
Dietary requirements:
Hopefully you will have all included your dietary requirements in your ticket booking, however, if you think you may have forgotten please email details to fopevents@pennthorpe.com
Cash
The bar will be taking card payment but you will need cash for the some of the fun & games on the night.
Taxis & Parking
Don’t forget to book your taxis. There will be limited parking available in the school car park, however, please leave the drop off lanes free for taxis. Please remember to be respectful of our neighbours when leaving at the end of the evening.
