Year 7 have been learning how to order food and drinks in a café or snack bar in France this half term. This week they thoroughly enjoyed making (and eating!) some classic French croque monsieur during one of their French lessons. Cheese and ham toasties with the addition of Bechamel Sauce and, in some cases a dab of Dijon mustard. Miam miam!!
