To welcome Year 3 to their circus-themed topic ‘What is the Greatest Show?’, an exciting workshop with the Performing Arts Department formed a part of their morning.
The activities involved dancing, tightrope walking and lion taming, although not with real lions! The children sang songs from The Greatest Showman to an audience, and they sang so beautifully that there were tears. After break, Year 3 delved into their creations in the Art Department, where each child designed and made a Big Top.
What a magical morning!
