The day started with a guided tour through the Journeys by Air Museum where the children learnt about the 4 principles of flight; lift, thrust, drag and gravity.
It was then time to explore the London Bus museum to see how buses have changed through the years! The children loved receiving a ticket just like people used to! Did you know city buses were always red but country buses used to be green?
After lunch, the children got to make their loopy gliders and ended the day with a trip onto the British Airways Concorde!
