Children are invited to learn & practise a collection of wonderful magic tricks before performing what they learn in the club back to the Magician Tutor. Richard Kettle is a professional Magician and member of the world famous Magic Circle and has created the Ketsy’s Young Magician club programme. Operating at over 30 schools in Surrey, Hampshire & Berkshire, Ketsy’s Young Magicians is a structured club that gives rare access to methods and techniques behind a variety of age-appropriate effects.
Each week, children learn the methods behind some wonderful magic effects whilst collecting achievement stickers in their Magician’s Master Manual. There are 3 skills chapters in the booklet; Conjurer, Illusionist & Young Magician and children enjoy performing tricks in return for an achievement sticker in each club session. Certificates are awarded on completion on each of the 3 skills levels and the club is non-competitive and aimed exclusively at growing children’s confidence.
Pennthorpe pupils will learn wonderful magic tricks with quality playing cards, sponge balls, coins, cups and balls, magic wands, paper, dice, every day objects and much more! Everything needed is included in the termly cost.
