On Tuesday 1st of October, Pennthorpe RL1 kicked off their remote Esports Rocket league campaign vs Benedict House Prep, with a resounding 3-0 best of five victory. Team captain Joe top scored with numerous goals winning 8-2, 6-0 and 9-0 respectively. It was fantastic to see the team gel so well in such a short space of time. and the strategy and communication skills displayed, proved too much for their opponents.
Pennthorpe RL2 received an automatic victory bye in the competition and will look to make their competitive debut in the coming weeks.
