The whole of Year 3 have started their year in the Prep school seamlessly, and have already learnt lots of fun facts linked to our Creative Curriculum; namely, discovering who Mary Anning was and her incredible story as a paleontologist, an exploration of the book ‘Stone Girl, Bone Girl’, and interviews of Mary Anning herself!
Did you know that the rhyme ‘She sells seashells on the seashore’ was about Mary Anning?
A highlight of the week was Year 3’s first matches; the children were such amazing team players and thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you to all who attended.
