Our Year 5 pupils have been developing their questioning skills in order to find out as much information as they can about a key character in Alfred Noyes’ poem The Highwayman.
They put their skills to the test and were able to question the ghost of Bess who was visiting Pennthorpe for one lesson only đź‘». Some super questions were posed and the children were able to gain lots of extra information about the life and times in which she lived.
