When a team of three inspectors go to a woefully unprepared school in the last week of term, they are not ready for all the problems lurking around the corner. The audience joined panicked teachers, confused students and strict inspectors as they travel through a week of chaos and mishaps.

One aspect that truly stood out in this performance was their impeccable character acting (although we’re not sure that any of the teachers were modelled on Pennthorpe staff!), and comedic timing. The performance showcased the children’s innate sense of humour, which far surpasses their years, and each child brought their character to life with such authenticity and enthusiasm.

The children had the audience in stitches, and their infectious enthusiasm and enjoyment meant for an incredible performance. Well done Year 7!
