As part of Mr Murray’s new ‘pupil initiatives’, Sophie invited some lucky staff to attend a delicious home cooked three course lunch consisting of prawn cocktail, very cheesy lasagne and tiramisu. Sophie had devised the menu, prepared and cooked the food and then served on the day.
The final verdict – It was clean plates all round, need we say anything more!
