This week the children have shared what they know about dinosaurs and what they would like to find out. They have made models of dinosaurs out of cardboard, hammered their way through ice to find dinosaurs and dug for dinosaur bones in a sand pit.
Using the children’s love of dinosaurs they have created groups of dinosaurs looking at numbers greater that 10 but less than 20 and there was lots of laughter at the story of the Dinosaur that pooped Easter! The children wrote the stories about the characters they found in the book including Little Red Riding Hood. Finally, Reception team up with the Beehive for a dinosaur hunt in the woods!
