After a few circuits the pupils were breathing heavier, faster and could feel their own hearts beating faster to provide the energy for the task.

The Year 6 pupils went outside in science to model blood flow around the body and how it transports oxygen from the lungs to the big toe and then carries carbon dioxide back to the lungs to be exhaled.
