Following on from their successful dips and crudité starters, our Year 4 children have moved on to main course, creating yummy vegetarian quiche. After rolling out and blind baking the pastry, they set about grating various cheeses and mixing their eggs before filling their pastry with mushrooms, sweetcorn and other scrummy vegetables. Fabulous teamwork Year 4, well done!
