The children worked collaboratively to create sedimentary, metamorphic and igneous rocks using starburst sweets! They had a brilliant time putting the parts of the sweets together to make sedimentary rock, squashing them with their hands to make metamorphic rock, and heating them in the microwave to replicate igneous rock.
