Pennthorpe and The St Nicholas Nairobi Fund are working together to send a donation of outgrown or unwanted school shoes, trainers or football boots to the children at The Baobab School in Kenya this summer. This school was actually built by the grandmother of a current Y2 Pennthorpian, so we have a incredible connection to The Baobab School. Do you have any unwanted or pre-loved school shoes? If so, the children at Baobab School in Kenya would hugely appreciate your donation. Any size of shoe are welcome and in any worn condition.

Established in 1994, The St Nicholas Nairobi Fund (UK Registered Charity No. 1068036) supports and cares for children in some of the poorest areas of Kenya. All the children at the Baobab come from the poorest of backgrounds, they are provided with a school uniform, however they are always in need of shoes.

There will be a collection box outside the front of school on the last week of term, from Monday 8th July until Wednesday 10th July, for any welcome donations. Thank you in advance for your support.
