In the build-up, children had the choice of entering different strokes and some required heats to progress through to the final. As always, the parent support was out in full and everyone had a fantastic (and warm) morning. 

Individual trophies and medals were presented in each age group and the overall house trophy this year was contested on average points per swimmer throughout the gala. The atmosphere was truly electric poolside and the Squadron Relay was a particular highlight with each pupil swimming a length for his or her house. Special mention to Patrick (U13 Boys) who broke the school record for 25m Butterfly.
