On Saturday morning, 35 students jumped into the exciting world of maths and art! They investigated regular shapes that tessellate and collaborated to create a giant hexagon pattern.

And the fun didn’t stop there—they learned about the famous M.C. Escher, who brilliantly combined maths and art in his mind-blowing works. Inspired by Escher, students then created their own unique pieces, tessellating patterns that were as creative as they were clever.

It was a fantastic fusion of logic and imagination, and the students loved seeing how the worlds of art and maths can come together in such a fun, creative way.
