They have written detailed accounts of their trip to Knockhatch, they have used time connectives, a range of punctuation, adjectives, conjunctions and similes just to name a few. Miss Goddard and Miss O’Reilly have been blown away by the standard for writing. Well done Hedgehogs and Squirrels!
It was a fun class in Math’s learning about money and recognising coins and notes. Towards the end of the week the children created mini shops where they had to find the correct amount of money to purchase anything.
