The day started with a bang, in the Science lab testing to see the absorbency of different materials in nappies! Our parents then enjoyed a break, before heading to the classroom to enjoy some arts and crafts. They were tasked to build Ozzy and Woody a brand new house; using as many different materials as possible. This was followed with a jam packed PE session, playing games that focused on ‘dodging,’ and ‘accuracy’ before tucking into a well-deserved lunch.
The Year 2 parents finished the afternoon with a ‘Extreme’ Animal quiz, during which they had to then create their own extreme animal using natural materials. Finally, the day ended with some fun in the Performing Arts Studio, creating beats and rhythm and also enjoying some drama games.
