To compliment the children’s learning of Mayan Civilisation, they attended a workshop where they learned a little bit more about the Mayans, and then made creations inspired by Mayan culture, out of Lego of course!
The group then ventured to Mini-land, where the children got to explore the landmarks and wonders of the world, all in Windsor! They loved looking at the different Lego models of the landmarks, and feeling like giants!
After a yummy packed lunch, it was time to split into groups and explore some of the rides and attractions that Legoland has to offer. Be warned, the haunted house is scarier than it seems, so unless you’re feeling super brave we’d give it a miss! (We learned that the hard way!)
The children had a really lovely day, and so did the teachers!!
