The pupils have learnt to sail pico boats and windsurf, thrown Mr Lindfield off a Mega SUP, gone crabbing off the harbour wall and competed for the largest sandcastle. They have all mastered the art of putting on wetsuits – and trust me it is an art!

The children have been incredible – throwing themselves into every activity and being an absolute credit to the Pennthorpe community. They have shown resilience, collaboration and determination in every activity. A student shouting in absolute delight ‘I can’t believe I’m doing this!’ from a Pico boat in the middle of Poole harbour embodies the spirit of the trip.

Today we are off paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing before settling in to watch the Rugby this evening. We are looking forward to sharing our stories and photos back at Pennthorpe tomorrow!
